Business Risk Assessment is a rule-based market analysis tool that helps entrepreneurs and traders evaluate the viability of selling products in their local market.

The system uses a scoring engine with 17 rules applied against a database of 250+ known products across 21 categories to generate risk scores, profit calculations, and business recommendations.

3. How Scores Are Calculated

All risk scores are generated by our internal rule-based scoring engine that evaluates:

Product market status (trending, current, aging, outdated, dead)
Profit margins and cost calculations
Sales velocity and days-to-clear inventory
Market demand signals
Location and regional market context

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use this service
You must sign in using a valid Google account
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must not share your account with others
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the app for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
Submit false or misleading data to manipulate results
Use automated bots or scrapers on the platform
Impersonate another person or entity

6. Limitation of Liability

Business Risk Assessment and its developers are not liable for:

Any business losses resulting from decisions based on our assessments
Service interruptions or downtime
Inaccurate scoring due to outdated product database entries
